What buyers say

Trusted across the Tamil Nadu textile belt.

  • We've been taking RFD cotton fabric from KSJ for our shirting for over a year. The width and GSM stay consistent lot to lot, and the cloth takes our dye evenly every time — that saves us at the processing stage.
Senthilkumar R.Purchase Manager, Sri Vari Knitwear · Tirupur
  • For home-furnishing programs the greige quality decides everything. KSJ's grey cloth is even and clean, and they deliver on the date they commit. That reliability is rare in this line.
Lakshmi NarayananProprietor, Amman Textiles · Karur
  • Their poly-cotton shirting holds up well wash after wash and our uniform buyers keep reordering. Now and then I have to follow up on dispatch, but the quality has never let me down.
Murugesan P.Production Manager, Kongu Garments · Erode
  • We ship cotton fabric to buyers in the Gulf. KSJ understands export packing and documentation, and their RFD fabric cleared our buyer's inspection the first time itself.
Abdul RahmanExport Merchandiser, Crescent Overseas · Chennai
  • Very straightforward people to deal with. I send the construction and quantity on WhatsApp and they come back with a quote the same day. No agent, no middleman markup.
Vasanthi S.Owner, Sakthi Garments · Tirupur
  • I buy poly-viscose fabric in bulk for our uniform division. The pricing is fair, the shade is consistent after dyeing, and the MOQ suits our runs. Two seasons of dealing with them now and no real complaints.
Balamurugan K.Director, Sree Textiles · Salem
  • Their modal fabric has a lovely soft drape for our women's wear line and delivery is prompt. I'd like more finish options in future, but the base quality is genuinely solid.

Questions, answered

Common buyer questions.

What does KSJ Spins and Weavers manufacture?

KSJ is an auto-loom weaving unit in Pallipalayam, Tamil Nadu, running 40 looms — auto, projector, and Toyota air-jet — with a monthly capacity of 800,000 metres. We produce woven cotton fabric plus poly-viscose, modal, and poly-cotton blended fabric, supplied greige (loom-state) or RFD, ready for dyeing.

What is the difference between grey (greige) and RFD fabric?

Grey, or greige, fabric is loom-state cloth that has not been bleached or processed. RFD (ready for dyeing) has been scoured and bleached to a uniform base, so it takes dye and print evenly without further preparation.

What is the difference between poly-viscose and poly-cotton?

Poly-viscose blends polyester with viscose for a soft, drapey, wrinkle-resistant finish popular in uniforms and shirting. Poly-cotton blends polyester with cotton for a more breathable, hard-wearing cloth used in shirting and workwear.

What fabric widths and constructions can you weave?

Cotton and blended fabric up to 63-inch width in plain, twill, drill, and satin constructions, made to your GSM and count — in greige or RFD form.

What is the minimum order quantity, and do you supply dyeable fabric?

MOQ depends on the fabric, count, and finish; typical bulk runs start from a few thousand metres per construction. All four families are available as greige or RFD/dyeable base cloth, so you can process to your own shade and finish.

Do you supply to export buyers?

Yes. KSJ is a registered Private Limited company, GST-compliant and export-ready, with export documentation available on request. Buyers reach us directly by WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form — no agent layer.
